We email you a unique stream link on your first drop-off morning. It's your link forever — share it with grandma, we don't mind.
Maximum 8 dogs per staff member during active play. Rest time is supervised but lower staffing. We never crowd our yards.
Intact males over 6 months need a temperament assessment first. Females in heat cannot attend daycare for safety reasons.
We do a free meet-and-greet before the first full day. Dogs who don't pass our temperament screen aren't admitted — this protects every pup in our pack.
Absolutely! We have labeled storage for all personal food and medications. We feed on your schedule, not ours.
