In-house culinary kitchen

Our culinary kitchen is led by a Michelin-trained chef and supervised by a board-certified veterinary nutritionist. Every meal is plated to order, photographed for your evening report, and adjusted to your pet's exact dietary protocols. We will source raw, freeze-dried, prescription, or home-cooked — and we will hand-feed any guest who prefers it.

The Hollow Spa & Wellness Annex

A dedicated 1,800 sq ft wellness annex with a hydrotherapy pool, an infrared sauna sized for canines, four full grooming stations, and a quiet acupuncture room. Every Penthouse guest receives a complimentary 90-minute spa welcome on day one. Other suite categories may add any service à la carte.

Your dedicated concierge is your single point of contact for everything during your pet's stay. They are reachable by direct dial, text, encrypted message, and our in-house app — twenty-four hours a day. They send a morning photograph at the hour you specify, coordinate any veterinary appointments, and meet you personally at the curb on arrival and departure.

The Hollow is in formal partnership with Beverly Hills Veterinary Hospital. A board-certified veterinarian conducts a complimentary admission exam on every long-stay guest, is on call for 24/7 escalation, and can dispense any prescription or treatment on-site without transfer. Medical records sync directly to your home DVM.
