Don't take our word for it β here's the pack.
βWe fly out of San Diego constantly and Pacific Paws is the only place Bishop actually pulls toward the door to get into. The daily photos keep me sane on layovers. He comes home tired and happy every single time.β

βKoda is a high-energy escape artist and most places couldn't handle him. The team here matched him with the right play group and now he's a totally different dog. The Luxury Cottage webcam is worth every penny.β

βRosie is timid and I was so nervous for her first stay. They did a slow intro, kept her in a small calm group, and texted me updates all weekend. She trotted right in for her second visit. That trust means everything.β

Common questions
- What vaccinations does my dog need?
- All guests must be current on Rabies, DHPP (distemper/parvo), and Bordetella (kennel cough). We also recommend the Canine Influenza vaccine. You can upload records during booking or have your vet email them to us before your first visit.
- Do you require a meet & greet before boarding?
- Yes β every new dog comes in for a free temperament assessment and facility tour before their first overnight stay or daycare day. It lets us match your dog to the right play group and helps them feel at home.
- Is the facility really cage-free?
- For play and rest, yes. Dogs spend their days in supervised, temperament-matched groups and sleep in private, climate-controlled suites with real beds β not stacked wire kennels. Suites are used for sleeping, meals, and rest breaks.
- What should I pack for an overnight stay?
- Bring your dog's regular food (portioned by meal is ideal), any medications with instructions, and one comfort item like a blanket or toy. We provide beds, bowls, and plenty of toys. Please label anything you'd like returned.
